  • Can I ask for more details of your selling kits?
    Yes, you are always welcomed to contact us and ask for more details about your interested item. However, we will not open and check the factory-sealed model kits.
  • What is your working hours?
    We are open from Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1800. You can expect our response within 24 hours at working days. However, we accept orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
  • Can I request model kits which are not listed in your stock?
    Yes. You can use the request form in contact page and let us know. We will try to find them out in our channels.
  • Are all your model kits new?
    No. We sell both new and vintage kits. Some of our collections have long history and may have conidition issue. We display actual photos of the model kits and its present condition. However, you may contact us anytime to request more details of your interested kits.
  • What is special of your collections?
    We have over 2,700 (and increasing) different types of model kits in stock. Over 70% of our collections are automotive category. Some of them are discontinued for years, and rare in market. Some parts may not be in good condition, like yellowish decals. Before purchase, you can check them out from our photos or contact us directly to get more details.
  • Is online payment secured?
    We use stripe, one of the most famous e-commerce service provider, as our payment gateway.
  • What kind of payment methods are you accepted?
    We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay, JCB, Diners, Cartes Bancaires, Electron, Maestro and Alipay. The payment process is handled by Stripe, the famous and reliable payment gateway of e-commerce business.
  • What is the currency of your listed price?
    The listed price at our website are all in US dollars.
  • Do you accept pre-order or ordering item which are not listed in your store?
    Yes, please contact us directly and let us know your requirement.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    Please visit our available destinations here. You will also find the available service and the estimated delivery time.
  • Where are your stock located?
    All our model kits are located in Hong Kong and will be shipped from Hong Kong.
  • How long it takes to get my orders?
    Order will be processed and send to the post office/courier within 3 days after the payment is completed. For the lead time of the delivery service, please go to below link : * With regards to the pandemic, delivery lead may be extended further. You are always welcomed to contact us to get more details about your order.
  • System prompted 'Sorry, we don't ship to your area' during checkout, what should I do?"
    Please don't worry. Please contact us directly, we will handle your order individually, and find out the most suitable way to deliver the order to you. However, due to COVID-19 situation, we do have some limitations to arrange delivery in some countries.
  • Do you have any limitation on shipping address?
    We can only ship to geographical addresses. PO Box, BFPO addresses and other virtual addresses will not be accepted.
  • Do I have to pay for the custom fee?
    International orders may be charged custom fee (like VAT). You are responsible for these custom fees. Please contact your local custom office for more information. The shipping charges you paid to Plasmojo only cover the delivery cost.
  • What kind of shipping service can you provide?
    We provide door-to-door delivery service for domestic order by SF Express, or arrange a pickup. For international orders, we provide Speed post, e-Express, surface/air registered mail and pickupp delivery service. All of them are traceable delivery service. Should you need special arrangement for your orders, please contact us directly.
